I have always felt we are able to learn a great deal if we have the right tools and motivation. The process of discovering and developing an effective learning experience should always focus on the learner and what tools they require to reach any objective. With a background in psychology as well as learning design and technology, my passion for understanding and supporting people from all walks of life has always been at the core of who I am.
